Back to Reality

Ugh! So today was my first day back to school after Spring Break. Let me just say...it was rough. I had to get up 4 HOURS earlier than I did yesterday. The reason why I have to get up so early is because I have church before school everyday. It is called Seminary. It's fun seeing all my friends before school and it gets me ready for the day, but seriously, at 6:00 in the morning? I mean we're talking about a bunch of teenagers here. Today at seminary, I seriously looked like a zombie. I was completely out of it. 

One thing that I've been thinking a lot about lately is April 12. It is coming up here pretty soon. I have to take the ACT on that day. So I should probably start studying for that. But it is also the same day as my church Prom. It is gonna be a crazy day. So let's talk about this Prom thing. Every girl at school is obsessed with having their hair perfect and having the perfect dress. It's seriously only a one night thing. Why is it necessary to spend so much money?!?! I mean I guess I'm kind of excited, but it's only my Junior year. I think I'll be more excited about it next year. And plus I just think it's overrated. Whatevs. Well I should probs go get something accomplished. Bleh. I hate doing that.

Besties

Once upon a time, there were two Princesses. They were best friends. There names were Sarah and Mandy. They did everything together; hung out at each other's palaces, swooned over the neighboring Princes, made up a secret handshake, created a music video, and just made a lot of memories. One day, Princess Mandy went over to Princess Sarah's palace, and told her some bad news. She was going to be moving that summer to her Aunt's palace in Nevada. Sarah was heartbroken. She tried to enjoy the next few months, but it was hard. The day came that Mandy had to leave. The next year went by. Sarah and Mandy tried to stay in contact with this new thing called Skype. Then the news came that Princess Sarah was going to be moving to a place called Missouri. 

Currently, Princesses Sarah and Mandy still live in there separate places. They still keep in contact through Skype and texting. They still have not seen each other for two years. But they are planning to meet up this Summer.

• I have more followers on Pinterest than on Twitter
3. Tacos
• Taco Bell is my weakness...did you know they're coming out with breakfast?!?!
4. My best friend Mandy Perkins
• Yes...I am obsessed with her :)
5. Pandora
• I am constantly listening to it

Heyyyyyy

I know what you're thinking; because I titled this blog "A Kansas Girl," I must live in Kansas. Wrong! I live in Missouri; but I just moved here from Kansas. I'm 16, almost 17 (in one week), and I just moved here last summer. I am a Kansas girl and always will be. I mean I guess I like it here, but nothing compares to Kansas. I miss it like crazy!!!! Well anyways, I grew up in Kansas as well as my 5 older siblings. We are extremely close and they are perfect examples for me. My parents are pretty awesome too. I live here home alone with them. It gets kind of lonely sometimes, but I keep myself busy. What else...oh and I'm obsessed with Pinterest and Flammin' Hot Cheetos. Well that's all for today. Peace :)
